Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy Hadač a Zapletal, s.r.o. V první části bakalářské práce je popsán teoretický přístup k řešeným problémům a vysvětleny všechny klíčové pojmy. Ve druhé části je podnik porovnáván s konkurencí po-mocí SWOT analýzy, Porterovy analýzy, GE matice. V závěru práce je doporučení pro podnik, které vychází z uvedených analýz. |

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the Analysis of the ability to compete of the company Hadač and Zapletal, s.r.o. In the first part of my bachelor thesis the theoretical access to the solved problems is described and all the key ideas are explained. In the second part I am comparing my company with the competitors through the SWOT analysis, Porter ana-lysis and GE matrix. At the end of my work there is a recommendation for the company, which issued from the mentioned analyses. |
