Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem přístupu Policie ČR k řešení problematiky domácího násilí. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou uvedeny znaky domácího násilí, charakterizováni agresoři i oběti, část práce mapuje právní prostředí v České republice. Práce popisuje postup Policie České republiky při řešení domácího násilí, popisuje platné právní normy a seznamuje čtenáře s některými institucemi pomáhajícími obětem domácího násilí. |
