Bakalářská práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zkoumán pojem alkoholismus, jeho příčiny, vznik, důsledky, léčba a její postupy. Pozornost je také věnována specifikám práce zdravotní sestry na protialkoholním oddělení, zejména komunikaci, reakci zdravotní sestry na agresivního pacienta a pacienta v deliriu tremens. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkového šetření metodou rozhovoru s klienty psychiatrické léčebny a se sestrami pracujícími na protialkoholním oddělení v psychiatrické léčebně. Cílem výzkumného šetření a také této bakalářské práce, bylo určit specifika ošetřovatelské péče v praxi zdravotních sester, stanovit faktory vztahující se ke vzniku alkoholové závislosti a také zjistit podíl zapojení rodinných příslušníků při léčbě alkoholismu. |

The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part the concept of alcoholism, its causes, origin, consequences, treatment and procedures is examined. The attention is also held on specifics of nursing care for patients hospitalized at addiction treatment center for alcohol rehab, especially for communication, nurse response to aggressive patient and response to the patient held in delirium tremens. In practical part the questionnaire research with a method of interviewing psychiatric hospital clients and nurses, working at addiction treatment center for alcohol rehab was proceed. The objective of research survey and this bachelor thesis was to determine specifics of nursing care in their practice, specify factors related to creation of alcohol addiction and also find out the family members participation rate of contribution to alcohol addiction treatment. |
