Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na životní styl ve stáří, na možnosti trávení a využití volného času seniorů. Teoretická část práce definuje pojmy senior, volný čas, životní styl, andragogika, vzdělá-vání a městské a venkovské prostředí. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit, zda a jak se mění životní styl jedince po odchodu do penze. Jaké jsou možnosti trávení volného času a seberealizace seniorů z venkovského a městského prostředí, a zda jsou tyto možnosti seniory využívány. |

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the lifestyle of seniors and the possibilities for them to spend and use their free time. The theoretical section of the thesis defines the terms senior, free time, lifestyle, andragogy, education and urban and rural environment. The main aim of the practical section of the thesis is to discover whether and to what ex-tent senior's lifestyle is changed after retiring. It focuses on the possibilities of spending free time and self-realization of seniors from urban and rural environment and whether the seniors make use of these possibilities. |
