dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o dodržování bariérového režimu při ošetřování ran infikovaných či kolonizovaných methicilin - rezistentním kmenem Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Teoretická část je věnována MRSA, chronickým ranám a bariérové ošetřovatelské péči. V praktické části je kvalitativními výzkumnými metodami zpracována problematika dodržování správného bariérového režimu při převazu chronických ran infikovaných nebo kolonizovaných MRSA na oddělení léčebny dlouhodobě nemocných Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Výstupem této práce je PowerPointová prezetace určená ošetřujícímu personálu na téma: "Péče o pacienta/klienta s chronickou ránou infikovanou nebo kolonizovanou MRSA". Součástí přednášky je i praktický nácvik hygienické dezinfekce rukou s následnou kontrolou pod UV lampou.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor dissertation discusses the compliance with barrier regimen when treating wounds infected or colonized by the Methicilin resistant strain Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The theoretical part deals with MRSA, chronic wounds and barrier nursing care. In the practical part, qualitative research methods are used to process the issue of compliance with the correct barrier regimen when applying a dressing to a chronic wound infected or colonized by the MRSA at the Long-term Patients Department of Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlin. The output of this paper is a PowerPoint presentation designet for the nursing staff called The Treatment of a Patient/Client with a Chronic Wound Infected or Colonized by the MRSA. The lecture also includes practical training of hygienic disinfection of hands and subsequent check under a UV lamp.	en
