ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpretací konfliktních situací z pohledu uživatelů Domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat konfliktní situace z pohledu uživatelů a pracovníků. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy a popisem mentálního postižení, dále se zmiňuji o problémovém chování u osob s mentálním postižením i možné agresivitě. Tato část je na závěr doplněna o popis zařízení, kde proběhl kvalitativní výzkum. V praktické části na základě kvalitativního výzkumu zmapuji pohled uživatelů na konfliktní situace. Kromě toho použiji metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s uživateli a pracovníky domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Na základě získaných informací a analýzy dokumentů budou zpracovaný kazuistiky |

ABSTRACT Bachelor work deals with the interpretation of users for conflict situations in homes for person with disabilities. Aim of the bachelor work is to map conflict situations from the perspective of users and workers. I occupy with basic concepts and description of mental disability in the theoretical part, further I mention about problem behaviour by person with mental disability and possible aggression. This part is completed at the end about the description of the facilities where it was qualitative. In the practical part I will map based on qualitative research the perspective of users for conflict situations. Furthermore, the method will be used semi-structured interview with users and staff of home for person with disabilities. Case studies will be developed on the basis of obtained information and document analysis. |
