dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je ?Motivace ke studiu u studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně?. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství, od počátku vzdělávání přes vývoj až k současnému vzdělávání Všeobecných sester. Následně je charakterizován studijní obor Všeobecná sestra. Poslední úsek se zabývá motivací ke studiu. V praktické části jsou formou tabulek a grafů vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které objasňují konkrétní motivaci ke studiu u studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra.	cs
