dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku proměny rodiny v současné společnosti. Také se věnuje srovnáním různých forem soužití, především manželství, nesezdanému soužití a registrovanému partnerství. Všechny oblasti jsou popsány v historických souvislostech jejich vývoje a změn. Uvedené právní předpisy, které jednotlivé formy soužití upravují, jsou srovnávány s ohledem na rozdílnost práv a povinností. V praktické části práce je proveden výzkum, zaměřený na příčiny a důsledky proměny rodinných vztahů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is aimed at the family transformations in the contemporary society. It also compares different forms of living together, namely marriage, unmarried cohabitation and registered partnership. All the related areas are described in historical context of their development and changes. The mentioned legal regulations which regulate the particular forms of cohabitationn are compared in relation to the differences in rights and obligations. In the practical part the paper covers the research that was carried out to focus at causes and consequences of a change in family relations.	en
