Bakalářská práce pojednává o kohabitaci jako formě rodinného soužití a její možná úskalí. Zaobírá se základní problematikou související s daným tématem, ať již obeznámení o vývoji rodinného práva, rozdělení druhů tohoto soužití, jeho volbě a také právní úpravou, která je s ním spojena. Práce obeznamuje s možnými úskalími a také s tím, jak je možné situaci řešit. V empirické části jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření v podobě dotazníkového šetření. Poukazuje na zkušenosti kohabitantů a na případná řešení možných rizik. Na celkovou problematiku tématu pohlíží v závěru i ze sociálně-pedagogického hlediska a zmiňuje možný návrh řešení pro obeznámení většího počtu čtenářů a především partnerů žijících v nesezdaném soužití. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with cohabitation as a form of family life and its possible difficulties. It is focused on the basic issues related to the topic, whether it is familiarization with the development of family law or the division of the types of the cohabitation, its choice and also legislation that is associated with it. The thesis informs about potential problems and also with how it is possible to solve the situation. The empirical part contains the results of the research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The thesis points out to experiences of participants and possible solutions to potential risks. The thesis looks on the general issue of the topic from the socio-pedagogical point of view at the end and mentions possible solutions suggestion for familiarization of larger number of people and mainly partners living in cohabitation. |
