dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na obecný popis syndromu vyhoření, jeho definici, historii, příznaky a jednotlivá stadia vyhoření. V práci je věnována pozornost prevenci syndromu vyhoření jak na úrovni jednotlivce, tak i na úrovni organizace. Práce popisuje stres v policejní praxi s uvedením příkladů psychologické pomoci policistům. V praktické části jsou porovnávány a definovány konkrétní oblasti vyhoření postihující muže a ženy pracující v přímém výkonu u policie ČR. V práci je porovnáván vliv délky praxe v přímém výkonu u policie ČR na riziko vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Metodou výzkumu byl zvolen kvantitativní způsob zjištění informací, a to formou dotazníků. Výběr respondentů byl záměrný s minimální délkou praxe v přímém výkonu delší než 1 rok.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The teoretical part of my thesis is focused on a general description of burnout, its definition, history, symptoms and various stages of the burnout. In my thesis I give an attention to a prevention of burnout both at the individual level and at the level of the organization. My thesis describes the stress in police practice with the citing examples of the psychological help policemen. In the practical part I compare and define the specific areas of burnout effecting men and women working in the Police of the Czech Republic. In my thesis I compare the effect of practice in the field with the Police on the risk of burnout. The research method was chosen the quantitative way to obtain information in the form of questionnaires. The selection of respondents was intentional with a minimum length of experience in the field with more than one year.	en
