Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku exekučního vymáhání práva v České republice. Popisuje vývoj exekučního práva v našem státě, od historických forem exekučního řízení až po současnou platnou právní úpravu institutu výkonu rozhodnutí a soudní exekuce. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, s ohledem na právní aspekt exekuce, zejména aspekt sociální a morální, tedy důsledky a dopad exekuce na osobu povinnou. V souvislosti se studovaným oborem bakalářská práce zdůrazňuje význam a možnosti sociální pedagogiky v oblasti prevence a životní pomoci. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of compulsory distraint law in the Czech Republic. It describes the development of distraint law in this country, from the historical forms of distraint proceedings to contemporary legal regulation of enforcement and judicial foreclosure. The aim of the thesis is to analyze, with regard of law aspect of the distraint, in particular the social and moral aspect, that means consequences and impact on mandatory. In connection with the studied branch thesis highligts the importance and possibilities of social pedagogy in the part of prevention and life support. |
