Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na význam dobrovolnictví v nemocnici. Dobrovolnictví je velký fenomén, díky kterému lidé po celém světě pomáhají ostatním lidem, na místech kde je to potřebné, bez nároku na jakoukoliv odměnu. Teoretická část se na základě odborných knih zabývá dobrovolnictvím obecně, dále specifiky dobrovolnické činnosti nemocnici. Dále popisuje a charakterizuje Nemocnici Jihlava, její dobrovolnický program a vysílající organizace. V praktické části jsou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjišťovány motivace dobrovolníků, jejich poznatky a zkušenosti, které načerpali při návštěvách pacientů v nemocnici. |

The main aim of this thesis is to highlight the importance of volunteering in hospital. Volunteering is a great phenomenon that makes people around the world help other people, in places where it is needed, without claim to any reward. The theoretical part is based on scholarly books dealing with volunteering in general and the specifics of hospital volunteering. It also describes and characterizes the hospital in Jihlava,the volunteer program and the sending organizations. The practical part using semi-structured interview investigated the motivation of volunteers, their knowledge and experience gained during visiting the patients in the hospital. |
