Bakalářská práce se zabývá bariérami komunikace mezi porodní asistentkou a romskou klientkou. Bakalářská práce má část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje historii romské kultury, soužití Romů a majoritní populace v České republice, specifika romské kultury, zvyky, stereotypy a náboženství, zásady komunikace zdravotník a klientka, zvláštnosti komunikace s klientkami se specifickými nároky, reprodukční chování, partnerské chování a charakteristiku romských rodin. V praktické části budou zkoumány znalosti porodních asistentek o kulturních specifikách u romských klientek. Výzkum v praktické části bude uskutečněn kvalitativní výzkumnou metodou, technikou polostruktu-rovaného rozhovoru. Získané údaje budou vyhodnoceny triangulací a interpretovány do souhrnných závěrů, které budou podkladem pro doporučení pro praxi. |

This bachelor thesis deals with communication barriers between midwife and Gypsy klient. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part includes his-tory of Gypsy culture, Gypsies' cooexistence in the Czech Republic, Gypsy culture's spe-cifics, habits, stereotypes, and religion, rules for communication between a medic and a client, communication with specific clients, reproductive behavior, partnership behavior and Gypsy family characteristics. In the practical part, I investigate midviwes's knowledge about Gypsy clients, their culture and specifics. Practical part is realized in the form of semi-structured interwiew. At the end of the practical part, there is an evaluation of the research. |
