Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního začleňování osob se zdravotním postižením ve službě podpora samostatného bydlení. Práce poskytuje vhled do problematiky konceptu sociálního začleňování a s tím spojené legislativy, nabízí poznatky o specifikách života osob s mentálním postižením, síti dostupných sociálních služeb, a přináší praktické poznatky o předpokladech a bariérách sociálního začleňování osob se zdravotním postižením v rámci služby podpora samostatného bydlení na příkladu pěti kazuistik uživatelů služby Slezské diakonie NOE Frýdek-Místek. Práce je rozčleněna do čtyř kapitol. |

The bachelor thesis deals with an issue of social inclusion of persons with disabilities in supported living service. This thesis provides an insight into a concept of social inclusion and a legislation connected with it, it offers knowledge on specifics in life of persons with learning disabilities, about accessible social services network and it brings practical knowledge on preconditions and barriers in social inclusion of persons with disabilities within supported living service, with using an example of five case histories of clients of Silesian Diaconia service called NOE Frýdek-Místek. The thesis is divided into four chapters. |
