Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění klimatu ve školní družině. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku školní družiny, podmínky činnosti školní družiny, činnosti školní družiny, školní družinu jako sociální skupinu, volný čas, klima ve školní družině a spolutvůrce třídního klimatu. Praktická část zkoumá spokojenost rodičů s klimatem ve školní družině, jak klima vnímají a dále také spolupráci vychovatelky s rodiči. Dále popisuje názory rodičů na osobnost vychovatelky, strach dítěte ze školní družiny, neúspěch, nezájem dítěte připisovaný školní družině a celkové hodnocení klimatu školy. Výsledky výzkumu diplomové práce přinášejí výsledky se spokojeností rodičů s klimatem ve školní družině a spoluprácí se školní družinou. |

This thesis focuses on school climate determination. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the after school club, the conditions for the activities in the after school club, after school club activities, the after school club as a social group, leisure time, the climate in the after school club and the components of the class climate. The practical part examines parents' satisfaction with the climate in the after school club, their view on the climate, and also the cooperation of the governess with the parents. It also describes the parents' views on the governess's personality, the child's fear of the after school club, failure, the child's disinterest in the after school club and the overall assessment of the school climate. The thesis research brings results including the parents' satisfaction with the climate in the after school club and the cooperation with it. |
