Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký je rozsah znalostí pacientů o výkonu, komplikacích a režimu po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. V teoretické části se zabývám historií a vývojem operací endoprotéz kyčelního kloubu, anatomií kyčelního kloubu, jaké jsou typy používaných endoprotéz a jaké jsou důvody k provedení operace. Dále rozebírám pojmy jako např. koxartróza, edukace nebo endoprotéza. Také se zaobírám tím, jaká jsou možná rizika a komplikace spojená s tímto výkonem. V empirické části zjišťuji, pomocí dotazníkového šetření ve dvou nemocnicích (Krajská nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a Vsetínská nemocnice a.s.) na ortopedických odděleních, do jaké míry jsou pacienti informováni o výkonu, komplikacích a režimu po tomto výkonu. Na základě tohoto výzkumu je vytvořena informační brožurka pro pacienty s touto problematikou. |

The main objective of this Bachelor thesis is to determine the extent of patients? knowledge about the operation, complications and regime after total endoprosthesis of the hip joint. In the theoretical part, I focus on the history and the evolution of operations of total endoprosthesis of the hip joint, anatomy of the hip joint, what are the types of endoprosthesis and what are the reasons for the operation. Furthermore, I deal with technical terms such as coxarthrosis, education or endoprosthesis. I also deal with risks and possible complications connected with this operation. In the empirical part of my Bachelor thesis, I determine how much are the patients informed about the operation, complications and regime after this operation. I carry this research out by using a questionnaire in the orthopaedic wards of Tomáš Baťa Hospital in Zlín and Vsetín Hospital a.s. Based on this research an informational brochure for patients is written. |
