dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na masivní krvácení v pooperačním období na chirurgickém oddělení. Teoretická část obsahuje rozdělení krvácení, předoperační přípravu před chirurgickým výkonem, pooperační péči, kontrolu operační rány, drénů a možnost vzniku pooperačních komplikací. Zaměřuje se na léčbu krvácení, krevní transfuze a náhradu ztrát krve při masivním krvácení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na průzkumné šetření na chirurgii. Formou rozhovoru se sestrami na chirurgické JIP a standardním oddělení chirurgie, srovnávám četnost masivního krvácení v pooperačním období na daných odděleních, znalosti, zkušenosti a reakce sester pokud se s touto život ohrožující komplikací setkají.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis examines the issue of the massive bleeding in the postoperative period at the surgical department. The theoretical part deals with various types of bleeding, preoperative preparation, posto-perative care, wound control, drains and the possibility of postoperative complications. It focuses on the treatment of bleeding, blood transfusion and the reimbursement of mas-sive blood loss. The practical part presents the results of my research. I interviewed the nurses in the surgi-cal ICU and standard surgical department and attempted to compare the frequency of mas-sive hemorrhage in postoperative period in ICU and standard surgical department. I also analyzed the level of knowledge and experience of nurses working in both of the depart-ments as well as their reactions in case of encountering this life-threatening emergency	en
