Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přijímání uživatelů do domova pro seniory. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na seniorský věk a jeho specifika, na sociální službu domov pro seniory a na přijímání potenciálních uživatelů do zařízení sociálních služeb, dále také kvalitou poskytovaných služeb. V praktické části práce jsou zjišťována očekávání seniorů od služby a následně jak byla tato očekávání splněna po reálné zkušenosti se službou. |
