dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca predstavuje a analyzuje interný audit a jeho súčasné postavenie so zame-raním na ponuku služieb v automobilovom priemysle. Teoretická časť práce zahrňuje prvé dve kapitoly a prezentuje teoretický prehľad o MK a internom audite všeobecne. Praktickú časť tvorí tretia kapitola, ktorá obsahuje základnú charakteristiku spoločnosti HOLLEN s.r.o. Štvrtá časť analyzuje súčasný stav a piata časť samotný projekt inovácie procesu in-terného auditu. V šiestej časti prinášame prínosy zo samotného zavedenia inovácie.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The graduation thesis presents and analyses the internal audit and its current position with a focus on the services offer in the automobile industry. The first two chapters include a theoretical part and they present the theoretical survey of MK and the internal audit in general. The third chapter is a practical part and it comprises the basic characteristics of the company HOLLEN s.r.o. The fourth part analyses the current state, while the firth part deals with the project of the internal audit process innovation. In the sixth part, we present contributions of the innovation implementation.	en
