Bakalářská práce s názvem "Statutární města z hlediska výkonu a kompetencí veřejné správy" obsahuje informace o statutárních městech v České republice. Shrnuje jejich historii, kdy jednotlivá statutární města vznikla, vymezuje rozdíly územně členěných a územně nečleněných statutárních měst, orgány statutárního města i orgány městských částí či městských obvodů, výkon samostatné a přenesené působnosti statutárních měst. Praktická část obsahuje srovnání územně členěného statutárního města Brna a územně nečleněného statutárního města Přerova, ať už z hlediska orgánů těchto statutárních měst nebo výkonu samostatné a přenesené působnosti. V závěru této práce je doporučení na zlepšení činnosti statutárních měst. |

Bachelor Study titled "Statutory City in Terms of Perfomance and Competence of Public Administration" includes informations about statutory cities in Czech Republic. This study summarizes history of these cities and their origin. It defines differences between corresponding and non-corresponding territory of statuory cities and their establishments and also institutions of city parts or districts. This study includes achievement of the independent and the figurative activity of statutory cities. The practical part of this study compares regionaly corresponding statutory city Brno with regionaly non-corresponding statutory city Přerov from the point of view their establishments or their independent efficiency and figurative influence. This study conclusion shows recomendation for activity improvement of statutory cities in Czech republic. |
