dc.description.abstract	Práce postihuje problematiku dětských práv, jejich realizaci, naplňování a dodržování v ČR. Vycházím z historie lidských práv, mezinárodních i vnitrostátních právních dokumentů a zpráv vládních i nevládních organizací. Předně se zabývám současným stavem právního vědomí české společnosti, týkající se práv dětí, dále vzděláváním, osvětovou činností a nápravou nedostatků v oblasti práv dítěte.	cs

I describe current posture of law-cognizance of the Czech society respecting the rights of children.
