Jako téma své bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala ?Vývoj reformy veřejné správy?. V úvodu své bakalářské práce se zabývám historickými předpoklady správní reformy a charakterizu-ji vývoj 1. reformy veřejné správy po roce 1989. V praktické části práce analyzuji 1. a 2. fázi reformy veřejné správy od roku 1997 do roku 2003. V této části práce analyzuji jednot-livé koncepce, které byly předloženy v návrhu reformy veřejné správy v roce 1998. |

I chose topic ?The evolution of public administration reform? for my Bachelor thesis. In the introduction of my Bachelor thesis I dealing with the historical assumptions of adminis-tration reform and characterize development of first public administration reform since 1989. In the practical part I analyzing first and second stage of the public administration reform from 1997 to 2003. In this part of the thesis I analyzing individual concepts that were presented in the draft of public administration reform in 1998. |
