Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odpadového hospodářství se zaměřením na území města Přerova. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část charakterizuje okruhy pojmů z oblasti odpadů, rozebírá legislativní úpravu a strategické dokumenty a uvádí subjekty a nástroje ovlivňující odpadové hospodářství. Praktická část analyzuje vývoj produkce komunálního odpadu v Přerově, ekonomické ukazatele a systém nakládání s odpady. Na základě analýzy a dotazníkového šetření se navrhuje řešení současné situace a doporučuje se zavedení nového systému likvidace odpadů a nových možností pro zvýšení odděleného sběru v souladu s plněním všech požadavků. |

This thesis deals with waste management, focusing on the territory of the town of Přerov. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part characterises circuits of the concepts in the area of waste, it discusses the legislative arrangements and strategic documents and it lists the bodies and instruments affecting the waste management. The practical part analyses the development of the production of municipal waste in Přerov, economic indicators and a system of treatment with waste. On the basis of the analysis and of the questionnaire there are proposed solutions to the current situation and it recommends the introduction of a new system of waste disposal and new possibilities for improving separate collection in accordance with meeting all the requirements. |
