dc.description.abstract	Podpora podnikání je významným politickým tématem současnosti. Politika podpory podnikání je sledována na úrovni Evropské unie i České republiky. Kohezní politika je klíčovým finančním nástrojem podpory podnikání v tomto směru. Cílem kohezní politiky je snižovat meziregionální rozdíly. Logicky se tak nabízí výzkumná otázka, jaký je vztah regionálních disparit a prostorového rozložení finanční podpory podnikání z kohezní politiky. Tuto otázku zkoumá i tato práce v území regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava. Práce navrhuje integrující metodiky tří metodických přístupů ke studiu politiky podnikání, regionálních disparit a prostorového rozložení finanční podpory kohezní politiky. Aplikace metodiky pro území regionu soudržnosti Střední Morava ukázala na existenci přímého vztahu mezi úrovní regionálních disparit a mírou finanční podpory podnikání z kohezní politiky. Disparitní cíl regionální politika tak zůstává nejasný. Výzkum vztahů regionálních disparit a finanční podpory podnikání je doplněn o výzkum vnímání podpory podnikání ze strany podniků a malých obcí, který ukázal na některé problémy v nastavení kohezní politiky pro podporu podnikání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Support to SMEs and entrepreneurialism belongs to important political themes nowadays. SME and entrepreneurialism policiesare realized also at the EU level, as well as at the CzechRepublic level. Cohesion policy is the main financial tool in this regard. The principal aim of cohesion policy is to reduce interregional disparities. Then, the question on the relationship between regional disparities on one hand and spatial distribution of financial support to SME and entrepreneurialism policies on the other is intuitive. Just this question is the subject of interest in this dissertation. The author proposes an integrated methodology of three methodological approaches how to deal with the question. The approaches are related to researches on SME and entrepreneurialism policies, on regional disparities and on spatial distribution of financial support from cohesion policy. The suggested methodology was verified for the model area of the cohesion region Central Moravia. A direct relationship between regional disparities and spatial distribution of financial support to SME and entrepreneurialism policies was revealed. Thus, the disparity goal of regional policy is questioned. In addition, research on firms' and small municipalities' perception of SME and entrepreneurialism policies is added. Some problems of implementation were identified.	en
