dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice implementace metody Balanced Scorecard do Lázní Teplice nad Bečvou a.s. Popisuje všechny potřebné materiály a návody pro správné zavedení. V teoretické části jsou formou literární rešerše popsány metody jako je SWOT, PESTLE či Balanced Scorecard (dále jen BSC). Praktická část se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí organizace. Ke správnému zavedení BSC do lázní je využito výše zmíněných metod tak, aby bylo pochopitelné, která měřítka jsou nejdůležitější pro plnění strategie. V celé praktické částí jsou odstavce reagu-jící na aktuální problematiku a hodnotí uskutečněná či nabízí nová řešení. Závěrečná část podává návrh implementace a popisuje případné přínosy nebo rizika spoje-ná s realizací tohoto projektu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis talks about topic of the relatively new methods of implementation of Ba-lanced Scorecard to the Spa of Teplice nad Becvou a.s It describes all the necessary mate-rials and gives manual for the proper establishment. The theoretical part of scientific litera-ture described methods such as SWOT, PESTLE and Balanced Scorecard (further BSC). The practical part deals with the analysis of external and internal side of the organization. To the right implementation BSC to the spa is used methods to understand the most impor-tant measures for the strategy. Throughout the practical part paragraphs react to the current issue and rated values and offer new solutions. The final section deals with suggestion of implementation and evaluates the potential bene-fits or risks associated with the implementation of this project.	en
