Cílem této práce je analyzování plýtvání ve výrobním systému společnosti XY, s.r.o. Celá práce se opírá o teoretický základ zaměřený na vysvětlení a popis sedmi druhů plýtvání ve výrobních procesech a s nimi souvisejícími pojmy. Tyto poznatky jsou použity jako vý-chodiska pro analytickou část. Analytická část je rozdělena do několika částí. Nejprve je provedena analýza samotné společnosti, analýza součastného stavu výrobního procesu a analýza jednotlivých forem plýtvání ve výrobním procesu společnosti. V závěru práce jsou firmě navržena doporučení v rámci snížení nebo eliminace jednotlivých druhů plýtvání. |

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the waste in the production system of the company XY s.r.o. The thesis is grounded on a theoretical basis which focuses on an explanation and description of the seven types of waste in production processes and on concepts related to it. These findings are used in the thesis as starting points for the analytical part. The analy-tical part is divided into several parts. First of all, the company itself and the current state of the manufacturing process are analyzed and then various types of waste in the manu-facturing process of the company are analyzed. In the end of the thesis, several recommen-dations are proposed to the company in order to reduce or eliminate various types of waste in the manufacturing process of the company. |
