Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konkurenceschopností a nejpoužívanějšími analýzami konkurenčního prostředí, které byly aplikovány na společnost Kaiser servis, spol. s r. o. V teoretické části je charakterizováno podnikatelské prostředí, které je místem konkurenčních střetů, a poté samotná konkurence. Konkurence je zde na základě studia literárních pramenů definována z různých pohledů. Jsou zde také uvedeny obecné konkurenční strategie, které může podnik využít pro lepší konkurenční boj na trhu. V praktické části je dle analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku vyhodnoceno jeho postavení na trhu a doporučení ke zlepšení jeho konkurenceschopnosti. |

This bachelor thesis describes the competitiveness and the most used analysis of competetive enviroment applied to the company Kaiser servis, spol. s r. o. In the theoretical part, there is characterized business enviroment, that is place of competetive conflicts and then competetive itself. Competitive is in this thesis, based on study of literary sources, defined from different views. There are also introduced general competetive strategies, that a company can exploit for a better competetive struggle in the market. The practical part according to analysis of external and internal enviroment of company evaluates its market position and recommendation to improve its competitiveness. |
