dc.description.abstract	Obsahem této bakalářské práce je nalezení optimálního financování dlouhodobého majetku. V teoretické části práce je zpracována problematika týkající se leasingu, jeho rozdělení, pozornost je zaměřena zejména na finanční a operativní leasing. Dále je blíže popsán průběh leasingové operace a samotný leasing z právního hlediska. V další části teorie je zpracována problematika týkající se úvěrů, jejich členění, průběh poskytnutí a faktory ovlivňující jejich schválení. Dále je zmíněna i časová hodnota peněz. V praktické části jsou obsaženy základní informace o firmě, která si dlouhodobý majetek pořídí, dále konkrétní leasingové společnosti a banka. Analytická část je zakončena vyčíslením hlavním rozdílů mezi leasingem a úvěrem a výběrem vhodné finanční instituce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of this thesis is to find the optimal financing of fixed assets. The theoretical part analyzes the problem of the lease, its distribution, the attention is focused particularly on financial and operational leasing. Further the course of leasing operations and leasing itself from a legal point of view is described in more detail. The next section analyzes the issue regarding the loans, their classification, course of providing and factors influencing their ratification. The time value of money is also mentioned in this part. The practical part contains basic information about the company acquiring the long-term assets, as well as specific leasing company and the bank. The analytical part ends with quantifying the main differences between leases and loans and selecting the appropriate financial institution.	en
