Cílem předložené diplomové práce, je navrhnout a zhodnotit racionální investiční projekt pro společnost PNEU PLUS, s.r.o. s příznivým ekonomickým výstupem. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením investic, metodami finanční analýzy podniku, přípravou a realizací investičních projektů, hodnocením jejich efektivnosti, zabezpečením finančního majetku pro realizaci investice a popsáním obecných rizik, které jsou součástí investic. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost a následně jsou provedeny analýzy podni-kových procesů, finančního zdraví podniku a navrženého projektu. V závěru je uvedeno hodnocení efektivnosti vybrané investice a návrh konečného investičního rozhodnutí. |

The aim of my diploma thesis is to propose a rational investment project for the company PNEU PLUS, s.r.o. with favorable economic output. The theoretical part contains knowledge such as theoretical definition of investment, methods of financial analysis, pre-paration and implementation of investment projects, evaluating their effectiveness, security investments to realize the project and describing the general risks that are part of the in-vestment. At the beginig of the practical part, there is a description of the company This part also include alalysis such as corporate-tion proces, financial helth and the proposed project. Conclusion conist of the selected evaluation effectiness investment and the propo-sal of the final investment decision. |
