Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem barvení na vlasy. Součástí teoretické části je popis složení a struktury vlasů, jejich funkcí a růstových fází. V další kapitole jsou charakterizo-vány dostupné přípravky pro barvení vlasů. Důraz je kladen na pozitivní i negativní aspek-ty, které jsou s procesem barvení spojené a také na výčet souvisejících významných le-gislativních opatření. V praktické části bylo provedeno barvení vlasů různými komerčními přípravky a následně byly vzorky vlasů vizuálně vyhodnoceny a analyzovány pomocí ske-novací elektronové mikroskopie za účelem porovnání a zjištění vlivu barvení na jejich strukturu. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on hair dyeing and its effects. The theoretical part describes the hair structure and composition, as well as its function and growth phases. In next chapter the hair dyes and bleaches are characterized with respect to positive and negative aspects of hair treatment and related legislative measures. In the practical part a hair sam-ples were treated using various commercially available preparations. These samples were subsequently visually evaluated and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy in order to observe the changes of surface structure after the dyeing process. |
