Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření s majetkem obcí, konkrétně finanční analýzou problémů souvisejících se zadlužováním konkrétní obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na fungování a hospodaření obcí, dále na obecní rozpočet a zadluženost obcí v ČR. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje vyrovnanosti rozpočtu města Bruntál, který může mít souvislost se zadlužením města Bruntál. Analyzované údaje jsou porovnávány s velikostně podobnou obcí. V závěru práce jsou okomentovány získané poznatky. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the Municipal management of property, specifically with the financial analysis of indebtedness of selected municipality. Theoretical part is focused on operation and property management, then it is focused on municipal budget and indebtedness of municipalities in the Czech Repulic. The practical part is focused on the budget composure analysis of the city of Bruntál, which could be in connection with the indebted-ness of the city. Analyzed figures are compared to the similar sized minicipality. In coun-lusion, there is commented finding. |
