dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o nezaměstnanosti a jejích sociálních dopadech v Mikroregionu Vsetín. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny hlavní charakteristiky trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. Dále jsou v této části popsány pomocí lite-rárních zdrojů sociální dopady nezaměstnanosti. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku Mikroregionu Vsetín a analýzu současného stavu nezaměstnanosti v tomto mikroregionu. Sociální dopady nezaměstnanosti jsou zde zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na konci práce lze najít závěrečná doporučení pro snížení nezaměstnanosti v tomto mikroregionu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis deals with unemployment and its social consequences in the microregion Vsetín. This thesis is divided into two parts. The main characteristic of unemployment and labour market are defined in the theoretical part. Also the social consequences of unem-ployment are described by help of literary sources in this part. In the practical part thesis focuses on characteristic of microregion Vsetín and analyses of current situation of unemployment in this microregion. Social consequences of unemployment are found out by questionnaire research. In the end of this thesis there are the final suggestions for reduction of unemployment in this region.	en
