Má bakalářská práce se soustředí na starostu obce a jeho vztahy k ostatním orgánům obce. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj veřejné správy, charakteristiku obce a popis funkcí starosty. Praktickou část jsem věnovala analýze vztahů mezi starostou a ostatními orgány obce. V poslední části mé práce popisuji rozdíl v uvolněné a neuvolněné funkci starosty obce a její odměňování. |

My bachelor's thesis focuses on municipal mayor and his relationships with other munici-pality authorities. The theoretical part is focused on the development of public administra-tion, characteristic of the village and description function of the mayor. The practical part is devoted to analyzing between municipal mayor and other municipality authorities. In last part of my thesis I am describing the difference in the released and unreleased function of municipal mayor and remuneration. |
