dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření softwaru pro personalistiku pro potřeby Střední uměleckoprůmyslové školy Uherské Hradiště. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále je provedena analýza nabízených softwarů pro zpracování personální agendy, které nabízí trh. V praktické části je představena organizace, pro kterou je software vyvíjen. Jsou zjišťovány požadavky organizace a konkrétních uživatelů, kteří budou aplikaci využívat. Pro vývoj aplikace je zvoleno prostředí Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, .NET 4.0 a Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my diploma thesis is creating of software for personnel management at The Secondary School of Applied Art in Uherské Hradiště. The thesis is divided into two parts ? the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part are explained the terms from the personnel management and human resources management. The marketplace offers various types of the softwares used in processing of personnel agenda. The analysis of the offered softwares is done in this diploma thesis as well. The software is produced for the organisation which is introduced in the practical part of this diploma thesis. The requirements of the organisation and the concrete users who are going to use this application are investigated. For the development of the application is chosen the environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, .NET 4.0 and Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition.	en
