Bakalářská práce se zabývá riziky vzniku syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů integrovaný záchranný systém, stres, syn-drom vyhoření. Cíl bakalářské práce je zahrnut zejména v praktické části, která při využití výsledků dotaz-níkového šetření hodnotí současný stav integrovaného záchranného systému v tomto ohle-du a pokouší se navrhnout zlepšení k optimalizaci systému. |

My bachelor's work deals with the dangers of the burnout for the integrated rescue sys-tem?s workers. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of concepts like the integra-ted rescue system, stress, and burnout. The objective of the bachelor's work is included mainly in the practical part, which, using the results of the survey, assesses the current state of the integrated rescue system, and tries to suggest improvements for the system?s optimalization. |
