Cílem této práce je analyzovat a provést rozbor oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, požární ochrany a ekonomiky bezpečnosti provozu společnosti SLADOVNY SOUFFLET ČR, a.s. v závodě Prostějov a navrhnout případná doporučení, která by vedla ke zvýšení kvality v dané oblasti. V teoretické části jsou vyjmenovány a vymezeny pojmy týkající se BOZP, PO, norem ISO a vztažené legislativy. V praktické části je představen podnik SLADOVNY SOUFFLET ČR, a.s. a je zde proveden rozbor stávajícího stavu BOZP a PO včetně nákladů, které podnik vynakládá na zajištění této oblasti. |

The objective of this work is to analyse and perform analysis of occupational safety and health at work, fire protection and economics of operational safety of the company SLADOVNY SOUFFLET ČR a.s. in the plant in Prostějov and to suggest possible recommendations resulting to improved quality in the mentioned area. The theoretical part contains listing and definition of the terms concerning OHS, Fire Protection, ISO standards and related legislation. The practical part acquaints with the company SLADOVNY SOUFFLET ČR, a.s. and contains analysis of existing situation of OHS and Fire Protection including the costs spent by the company on ensuring the functioning of mentioned area. |
