V bakalárskej práci je prezentovaná problematika forenzných metód pre stanovenie času úmrtia vo fáze Algor mortis biologického materiálu. Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce je venovaná posúdeniu používanej metódy podľa Henssgeho nomogramu a porovnanie s navrhovanou regresnou metódou merania teplotných polí v pečeňovej oblasti peritoneálnej dutiny pomocou infrakamery. V praktickej časti je vypracovaná štúdia vplyvu teplotných polí blízkeho vonkajšieho prostredia na vyšetrovanú oblasť. Praktická časť práce s využitím infrakamery typu Thermo Pro TP8 je zameraná k vyšetrovaniu teploty pečeňovej oblasti s vplyvom vonkajšieho korekčného faktoru určeného pre používaný korekčný textilný materiál. V závere práce je prevedená verifikácia nameraných hodnôt s využitím softwarového prostredia programu Launch Guide Ir Analyser. <br> |

In my dissertation a problem of forensic methods for determination of the time of death in the phase of Algor mortis of biological material is presented. Theoretic part of my dissertation is dedicated to the evaluation of the used methods by Henssge nomogram and comparison with suggested regressive method of measurement of temperature fields in liver area of peritoneal cavity by infracamera. In practical part the study of influence of thermal fields near to external surroundings on examined area is made. The practical part of work with application of infracamera Thermo Pro TP8 is focused on investigation of the temperature of liver area with the influence of external correct factor determinated for used correct textile material. Finally the verification of measured figures is performed thanks to application of software programme Launch Guide Ir Analyser. <br> |
