dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce s názvem ?Návrh zefektivnění výuky žáků ve vybraném regionu u konkrétních strojírenských oborů? je v úvodu zaměřena na zmapování středních škol a oborů se zaměřením na výuku strojírenství v regionu Uherskohradišťska. Je zde proveden rozbor zaměstnanosti absolventů těchto škol a jejich uplatnitelnost na trhu práce. Popisuje průmysl v regionu jeho historii a jeho podíl na zaměstnanosti. Provedený výzkum ve strojírenských firmách na středních školách se žáky a pedagogy, zjišťuje současný stav výuky, zájem zkoumaných subjektů se podílet se na jejím zefektivnění, motivaci a návrhy na zlepšení. Hlavní cíl diplomové práce je naplněn návrhem na možná zlepšení a ukázkou tvorby nových výukových materiálů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis with a title ?A plan for increasing of pupils'education in the particular engineering branch in the chosen region? is focused on a survey at secondary schools and subjects, which are aimed at engineering education in the region of Uherské Hradiště. In the thesis there is an analysis of graduates' employment rate and their success at labour market. There is also a description of region industry, its history and its influence on an employment rate of the region. The analysis of engineering companies and secondary schools students and teachers finds out the current state of teaching, the interest of considered subjects in the increasing the efficiency of teaching, motivation and improvement proposals. The main goal of this work is to introduce the plan for the potential improvement in a teaching process and to demonstrate the new teaching materials.	en
