Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu společnosti XiNTECO s.r.o. k 1. 1. 2013. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled důležitých pojmů, jednotlivých metod a specifikuje postup při oceňování. V analytické části je provedena strategická analýza společnosti, která mapuje silné a slabé stránky podniku a jeho výnosový potenciál. S pomocí metod a postupů finanční analýzy je posouzen vývoj hospodaření společnosti. Projektová část obsahuje sestavení strategického finančního plánu a stanovení hodnoty podniku jako syntézy vybraných výnosových metod. |

The aim of this dissertation thesis is the determination of the value of company XiNTECO s.r.o. on the date of 1.1.2013. The theoretical part provides an overview of important definitions, individual valuation methods and specifies the procedure of company valuation. In the analytical part there is made a strategic analysis, which surveys strong and weak sides of the company and its yield potential. The development of the company economy is judged by methods and procedures of the financial analysis. The project part contains compiling of an strategic financial plan and determination of the company value as synthesis of selected yield methods. |
