dc.description.abstract	V diplomovej práci je riešené zavedenie metód priemyselného inžinierstva vo firme Prozax s.r.o Ako základ pre spracovanie projektu slúži teoretická časť tejto práce, v ktorej sú uvedené metódy využité pre analýzu a zhodnotenie súčasného stavu. Praktická časť je uvedená predstavením spoločnosti.V ďalšej časti diplomovej práce bola prevedená analýza pracoviska. Na základe výsledkov budú navrhnuté a zavedené opatrenia vedúce k zlepšeniu. V závere práce je zhodnotený proces a úspešnosť implementácie vybraných metód.	cs
