Tato diplomová práce sumarizuje nejen teoretické poznatky, ale i praktické zkušenosti o zápisech vlastnických a jiných věcných práv do katastru nemovitostí České republiky. Úvod se věnuje historii zápisu věcných práv do tehdejších knih a různým typům evidenčních operátů. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na počátek katastru nemovitostí, zejména s osvětlením jednotlivých zásad, o které se zápisy opírají. Samotné tělo práce tvoří oddíl věnující se druhům zápisů do katastru a procesu, při kterém se mění vlastnická či jiná věcná práva. Praktická část se zabývá problematikou základních registrů, seznamuje nás s jednotlivými typy registrů a jejich činností. V neposlední řadě také upozorňuje na nové možnosti jejich využití a nastiňuje budoucnost jejich vývoje. |

This thesis summarizes not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience concerning the registration of property and other rights in the Land Register of the Czech Republic. Introduction is devoted to the history of property rights to historical books followed by various types of accounting operations. It is followed by a chapter about the beginning of Land Register, particularly explanation of individual principles on which the entries are based. The main part of the work consists of a section devoted to individual types of land registration and the process by which the change of ownership or other property rights happens. The practical part deals with basic registers, gets the reader acquainted us with the various types of registers and their activities. Finally, it also points out new possibilities for their use, and outlines the future of their development. |
