Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zacházení s prvotrestanými vězni. V úvodní kapitole se vracím k metodám zacházení s vězni v našich zemích před rokem 1989. V další kapitolu se věnuji obecně trestu a trestu odnětí svobody. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji teoretická východiska, jež se stala předlohou pro novelizace zákona o výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, v dílčím závěru hodnotím, nakolik se tato teorie promítá v praxi. V poslední části popisuji zacházení s prvotrestanými ve Věznici Kuřim, kde se věnuji nástupnímu a výstupnímu oddělení, personálu, programu zacházení. Tato kapitola obsahuje též dílčí závěr, ve kterém hodnotím účelnost zacházení s prvotrestanými. Závěrem jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější problémy stěžující působení na odsouzené. |

Bachelor work consists of the first-time punished prisoners treating. In introduction, I write about treating with prisoners before 1989. In the next section, I generally work on punished prisoners and prisoners who were convicted. In the third section I write about theory possibilities, which became law novelization about punishment. In partial conclusion, I evaluate how much is this theory used in practical world. In the last section, I write about treating with the first-time punished prisoners of the prison in Kurim. At this place, I work at coming, leaving and personal department. This section contains partial conclusion too and I evaluate treating with the first-time punished prisoners. I show the most important problems which affect convicted. |
