dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je v první teoretické části zaměřena na komunikaci z obecného hlediska a její rozdělení podle různých hledisek. Jsou objasněny zásady verbální a nonverbální komunikace, asertivní jednání a spojitost komunikace s psychologií a sociálním učením. Komunikace zasahuje do všech oblastí společenského života. Vzhledem k zadanému tématu jsem se v druhé, praktické části zaměřila na komunikaci na úseku integrovaného záchranného systému, zejména na lince tísňového volání. Součástí bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení informovanosti občanů o mezinárodní tísňové lince volání 112, samostatnou kapitolu tvoří i zneužívání této linky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor work is in its first theoretical part focused on the communication from the general point of view and its sorting or classification. The principles of verbal and nonverbal communication, assertive behaviour and links between communication and psychology and social education are explained in this part. The communication is linked with all aspects of social life. The second practical part of my work is (according to given topic) focused on the communication in the section of integrated rescue system, expecially the emergency call line. The integral part of my bachelor thesis is the appraisal of the public knowledge about national emergency call line 112, the attention is given also to the cases of misuse of this line.	en
