Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou koncepčních dokumentů v oblasti tělovýchovy a sportu v krajích České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní východiska strategického plánování, popisuje koncepční dokumenty na krajské úrovni a dále rozebírá legislativní a institucionální podmínky tělovýchovy a sportu v České republice s důrazem na krajskou úroveň. Navazující praktická část obsahuje analýzy koncepčních dokumentů v oblasti tělovýchovy a sportu v jednotlivých krajích České republiky. Následuje shrnutí analýz v přehledné SWOT analýze. Práci uzavírají návrhy na zlepšení přístupu krajů ke strategickému plánování v oblasti tělovýchovy a sportu. |

This Diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategical dokuments in physical education and sport in the region of the Czech Republic. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic solution strategic planning, describes the conceptual do-kuments at the regional level and analyses legislative and institucional conditions of physical education and sport in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the regional level. Practical part includes analysis of strategical dokuments in the physical education and sport in various regions of the Czech Republic. The following is the summary of the analysis in a SWOT analysis. The thesis is concluded proposals to improve regions access to strategic planning in physical education and sport. |
