Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá rozborem personální práce. Obsah teoretické části personální činnosti se týká analýzy pracovních míst, získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců, adaptace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců a v neposlední řadě vzdělávání a péče o pracovníky. Úlohou praktické části je stručná charakteristika společnosti ABC, s.r.o., její představení činnosti a organizační struktura. Druhý díl praktické části je zaměřen na jednotlivé personální činnosti tak, jak jsou v této firmě realizovány. Na základě provedené SWOT analýzy je v závěru práce uvedeno doporučení pro zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků. |

In its theoretical part, this bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of human resources management. Theoretical content of human activities relates to- working place analysis, searching, selection and recruitment of emplyees, adaption, evaluotion and rewarding workers and last but not least educating and solicitude about workers. The task of the practical part is briefly description of the company ABC, s.r.o., its company Introduction activities and organizational structure. The second part of the practical part is focused individual personal activities are described as they are realized on this company. Based on the SWOT analysis is stated recommendations for improving identified deficiencies in the conclusion of this thesis. |
