dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů ve firmě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Úvodní část bakalářské práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům problematiky oblasti nákupu. Hlavním bodem teoretické části je výběr a hodnocení dodavatelů, které obsahuje nejen rozdělení dodavatelů, proces výběru, hodnocení dodavatelů a kritéria, která se v tomto procesu stanovují, ale jsou tu také uvedené metody, kterými se mohou dodavatelé hodnotit. V praktické části jsou pak teoretické poznatky porovnávány s praktickou realizací ve vy-brané firmě. Je zde popsán proces nákupu, systém výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů a meto-dika hodnocení dodavatelů ve firmě TOOL Werkzeugbau, s.r.o. Na základě provedené analýzy byly zjištěny nedostatky a navržena opatření k jejich řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on system selection and evaluation of suppliers in the company. The work is divided into two parts. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background of the issue of the purchase. The main point of the theoretical part is the selection and evaluation of sup-pliers, which includes not only the division of suppliers, selection process, supplier evaluati-on and criteria to be determined in this process, but there are also the methods by which they can suppliers be evaluated. In the practical part, there is compared theoretical knowledge in practical implementation of se-lected company. The process of purchase, system selection and evaluation of suppliers and methodology from suppliers in company TOOL Werkzeugbau, Ltd. are described. Based on the analysis deficiencie were found and proposed measures to address them.	en
