Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku skladování a manipulace v podniku. Teoretická část rozebírá danou oblast obecně. V praktické části je představena společnost PILANA Saw Bodies, s.r.o., na kterou je aplikována analýza materiálového toku pomocí Sankeyova diagramu. Následně vybrán výchozí sklad, na kterém je provedena analýza ABC. Na tento sklad jsou navrženy nové návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího systému skladování a manipulace. |

This bachelor's work is focused on the problem of storing and handling(materials) in a company. The theoretical part deals with the given field in general, whereas the practical part has demonstrated and applied analysis of material flow using the Sankey Diagram on the company of PILANA Saw Bodies s.r.o. Subsequently, a default warehouse was selected and ABC analysis performed on it. New proposals for improvement of the current system of storing and handling (materials) have been made. |
