Tato bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu nákladov a ich riadenie vo firme DCa THERM, a.s. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá rozborom literárnych prameňov týkajúcich sa nákladov, ich klasifikáciou a kalkuláciou. V praktickej časti je predstavená spoločnosť DCa THERM, a.s., a je tu riešená analýza nákladov a systém riadenia nákladov. Na záver sú uvedené návrhy a odporučenia na zlepšenie nákladového riadenia vo firme. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on cost analysis and cost management of the company DCa THERM, Inc. The theoretical part deals with analysis of literature sources of the costs, their classification and calculation. The practical part introduces company DCa THERM, Inc. At the same time the analysis of costs and system management costs have been solved. At the conclusion there are given suggestions and recommendations to improve cost control in the company. |
