Cílem této práce je charakterizovat Program obnovy venkova a přiblížit jeho praktické využití. Nastíněný historický exkurz do problematiky venkova ukazuje momentální potřeby venkovského prostoru a určuje směry kterým se obnova ubírá. Na provedené analýze podmínek čerpání dotací a celkové výše uvolněných finančních prostředků v jednotlivých letech z krajských rozpočtů je zhodnocena efektivita a postoj Zlínského kraje k této problematice. V závěru práce je popsána soutěž Vesnice roku, která napomáhá propagovat obnovu venkova. |

The aim of this thesis is to characterize the Program for Rural Development and to describe its practical application. Outlined historical excursion into the rural problems shows the present needs of the countryside and indicates future trends of the development. The effectiveness and the attitude of the Zlin regional authority to this questions are judged in the realized analysis of the conditions for the grants drawing and analysis of the total amount of the financial resources released from the regional budgets in the particular years. In the conclusion of this thesis there is described also the competition Village of the Year, which helps to promote the rural development. |
