Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ochranné bariérové funkce kůže, hydratací pokožky a hydratačními látkami, které se obvykle v kosmetických prostředcích vyskytují. Pozornost je věnována zejména D-panthenolu, jeho účinkům a využití v kosmetice. Práce se zabývá ověřením bariérové funkce mastí s obsahem D-panthenolu o různých koncentracích. Tyto vlastnosti D-panthenol byly zkoumány pomocí corneometrické metody a metody transepidermální ztráty vody (TEWL). |

This work deal with the protective barrier function of the skin. It also deals with the hydration of the skin and moisturizing agents that are normály found in cosmetic products. Attention is devoted to the D-panthenol, its effects and usage in cosmetics. The work focuses on the verification of the barrier function of ointments containing D-panthenol in different concentrations. For this investigation were used the corneometry method and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) method. |
